Flower Power

Well! This is our first July here in Gunnislake, in the beautiful Tamar Valley, on the Cornish side of the River Tamar. Sandhill B&B has finally opened and not before time, and after the final 'push for the summit', I have managed to find some time to go out in the gardens to fill the July Garden Gallery with pictures of the stunning flowers, both in the house gardens and also in the self-catering Tamar Orchard Barn's private, south facing garden.
What a 'blousy pair' but actually very beautiful
'Quick fix' for St Luke's Hospice Open Gardens Day, Gunnislake. I do so love Californian Poppies and they do look good in the formal garden, that will be filled with 'hot' colours.
I cannot believe it's time for the hydrangeas to be out again; where has a year gone? There are 'galleries' of hydrangeas on the carriage drive way, with all the colours and varieties including my favourites, the Lacecaps
