Autumn Colour Bonanza!

Well! the weather is just stunning again today with the temperature continuing to climb to over 21C. This is truly an Indian Summer.

However, thinking forward, to peaceful breaks in the run up to the Christmas mayhem, I have just found out that apparently the National Trust's Lanhydrock House has been identified as one of the 10 best places to see Autumn colours in the UK. Just 30 minutes, by car, away from Sandhill House B&B and the self catering Tamar Orchard Barn, Lanhydrock is one of 6 National Trust properties within easy reach of this luxury retreat.

And, of course, the highly wooded Tamar Valley will also put on a fantastic display along with

Sandhill House's landscaped gardens will have it's own magnificent Autumn display ranging through the beautiful Japanese Acers through to the Candy Floss tree.
