I thought I must let you know about another event that has increased in popularity over the last few years - The Calstock Bike Show. Set in the very pretty river village of Calstock the whole village is given over to the festival for 4 glorious days. Glorious indeed with cheap beer and cider being sold throughout in the local pubs.
Some people choose to camp out in the field behind the Village Hall whilst others might prefer a little more comfort at the luxury Sandhill B&B just a mile up the road or maybe even a self catering week at The Tamar Orchard Barn finishing it off with relaxing, convivial meetings with other bike enthusiasts.
