Spring breaks at their best

Our second Spring at Sandhill House Country House retreat with B&B and self-catering accommodation has been just stunning. Kinder weather has meant that what was battered to bits and turned to a 'mush' in our first Spring, has really been spectacular and long lived.

Blue sky in Cornwall - wish you were here?

This Magnolia has been so beautiful but then so have all the others.

King George, a scented rhododendron has come out early this year - just stunning.
It doesn't come better that this!

And the camellias are still going strong to. What a simply fantastic display of complete beauty at Sandhill House, the last undiscovered great house of Cornwall.

But then the problem is will anything still be out to cheer the St Luke's Hospice Open Garden event on 4 May?
